In 2026, Delish Philippines Serves the Filipino Story to the World
As Filipino cuisine steps onto the global stage, Delish Philippines emerges as a new platform dictating how the world tastes, understands, and celebrates the Filipino table
A milestone for Filipino food media
Hearst Magazines International and One Mega Group Inc. have announced the upcoming launch of Delish Philippines, the first international licensee of Hearst’s acclaimed Delish brand. The partnership marks One Mega Group’s expansion into the culinary media landscape and the beginning of a new chapter for Filipino food storytelling.
Set to launch in the second quarter of 2026, Delish Philippines will feature content across digital platforms, collectible print editions, immersive experiences, and exclusive merchandise, positioning itself as a modern showcase of Filipino gastronomy for both local and global audiences.
The collaboration arrives at a time when Filipino cuisine is gaining unprecedented international attention. Filipino restaurants and chefs have earned growing recognition in culinary capitals such as New York, London, and Sydney, as well as in major institutions like the Michelin Guide and the James Beard Awards. Delish Philippines aims to build on this momentum by creating a platform that captures both the heritage and innovation of the Filipino table.
“A celebration of who we are”
“Our expansion into food media is both strategic and deeply cultural,” said Archie G. Carrasco, chairman and CEO of AGC Power Holdings Corp., parent company of One Mega Group.
“Delish Philippines is a celebration of who we are and how we share our identity with the world. In this new platform, we are telling the Filipino story through food.”
The new publication will explore the country’s culinary traditions while highlighting contemporary perspectives from emerging chefs, home cooks, and creative voices. It will also aim to reach audiences abroad, elevating Filipino cuisine to a global standard through accessible and engaging storytelling.
“Delish Philippines is where heritage meets innovation,” said publisher Rodolfo Palanca Jr. “We want to create a space that honors our gastronomic history while opening it up to new interpretations and conversations with the rest of the world.”
Expanding the Delish legacy
For Hearst Magazines International, the launch represents a significant step in expanding the Delish brand into Southeast Asia. “For 10 years, Delish has delivered fun and engaging content designed to bring people together over a shared love of food,” said Kim St. Clair Bodden, Hearst’s senior vice president and global editorial and brand director.
“It’s the perfect time to welcome Delish Philippines to the table and celebrate the vibrant culture and delicious dishes in an easy and approachable way.”
The arrival of Delish Philippines highlights the growing global appetite for authentic food content and reaffirms the Philippines’ role in shaping the future of Asian cuisine.
With its mix of tradition and modernity, the publication aims to give Filipino gastronomy a new platform that captures not only what the country eats, but also how it tells its story through food.
