How To Spend 24 Hours In Manila, According to VMAN Southeast Asia’s City Guide
The pilot episode of City Guide, VMAN Southeast Asia’s first YouTube original series, takes you through Manila’s coolest spots

A jam-packed urban journey
Metro Manila is chock-full of stories, secrets, and surprises. Weekend markets are treasure troves where you’ll get your next rare vinyl find. What seems like an ordinary mall actually houses one of the best grilled chicken restos in town. And a popular nightlife haunt transforms into the chillest coffee shop in the morning, as if nothing wild had happened there just mere hours ago.

It’s simply impossible to experience what Manila has to offer in just 24 hours—but that shouldn’t stop you from trying. It’s the question that VMAN Southeast Asia asked when we were coming up with the first episode of the City Guide: if we only had 24 hours to tour somebody around this city, where would we take them, and what would we do? Where would we eat, and what would we drink?
Such are the stories that we want to tell through City Guide, a YouTube original series that casts the spotlight on Southeast Asia’s vibrant urban jungles. From Ho Chi Minh’s midnight streets to the sunrise pulse of Manila, this is about knowing the city through the people who understand it best.

At City Guide, we invite you to slow down and look closer—to trace the textures of Southeast Asia’s cultural capitals through food, fashion, art, and everyday life.
