Lee Victor Is the Kind of Star You Want to Root For
Bright, expressive, and full of curiosity, Lee steps out of the PBB house ready to show everything he can do
Some people have a presence you notice instantly. Lee Victor is one of them. From the moment you meet him, there is an energy that stands out. He speaks with enthusiasm, laughs easily, and answers every question with a sincerity that feels unfiltered.
It is simply who he is. The same vibrant personality that viewers saw inside the Pinoy Big Brother house carries over just as naturally off-camera.
That presence helped make him one of the most memorable personalities in PBB Collab 2.0. But beyond the energy and easy charm is someone with a clear curiosity and a growing list of passions he is eager to explore.
Actor, musician, guitarist, chess player, and avid reader, Lee feels like someone straight out of a coming-of-age story. He is curious about the world and eager to experience everything it has to offer. Now, stepping out of the PBB house, he is beginning to turn that curiosity into direction.
Life inside the house
For Lee, stepping inside the Pinoy Big Brother house was both exciting and unfamiliar in ways he never expected.
“I would describe the whole PBB experience as a blast and an experience I would never forget,” he shares. “That was actually my first overnight experience because my mom would never allow me before. But then PBB happened, and of course I wouldn’t let that opportunity pass.”
What followed was 50 days of living with fellow housemates who would soon become close friends.
“In a span of 50 days, I made new friends and new memories that I would never forget. I learned a lot and matured in a way. The PBB journey really changed me in a good way.”
Daily life inside the house came with its own rhythm. With no phones, no social media, and no connection to the outside world, the experience felt both peaceful and intense.
“It was a social media detox,” Lee explains. “You don’t have to think about anything from the outside world. It felt like a vacation in a way, but also crazy.”
Even with that isolation, his curiosity about the outside world remained. Still, the artist focused on what he could control: building friendships, staying present, and making the most out of the experience.
The energy everyone talks about
Inside the house, Lee quickly became known for something very specific: his energy. Among the boys, he earned the nickname of the group’s “energizer.” He was even referred to as the Energetic Son-bassador ng Cavite.
Even Lee finds it hard to explain where that energy comes from. “It’s really just part of my personality,” he says.
“Being friendly and energetic is my way of making friends and communicating with people. It’s not something I force. It’s just there.”
What viewers saw on screen was not a curated version of himself. According to Lee, it was simply who he has always been. “The same Lee Victor people see outside is the same one inside the PBB house,” he says.
More than what you saw on TV
While PBB introduced Lee Victor to a wider audience, the reality show only showed one side of him. Away from the cameras, he has a wide range of interests.
He is competitive, especially in basketball and chess. In fact, Lee is a chess champion who competed in nationwide tournaments during the pandemic and ranked among the top players. At one point, he even considered pursuing it professionally.
Outside of that, he plays the guitar and enjoys writing music when inspiration comes naturally. It is one of the many ways he continues to explore his creativity beyond what people already see.
Looking ahead
Long before PBB, Lee had been exposed to the industry through modeling and early work in front of the camera. Now, his focus is clearer. He is beginning to define the kind of artist he wants to become.
Acting remains a major part of that vision. “Rom-com definitely,” he says when asked about his dream roles. “A leading man or even a second lead.”
At the same time, he is eager to challenge himself. He talks about wanting to explore action and horror, as well as more complex characters that require preparation and deeper understanding.
Still, it is music that excites him the most. Lee hopes to become an OPM artist, drawing inspiration from musicians like Maki, Zack Tabudlo, Cup of Joe, and especially IV of Spades. He plays the guitar and has started writing his own songs, from building chord progressions to putting together lyrics, treating music as a personal space for expression.
“I am very excited to share my voice, my talent, my lyrics. I’m excited for my supporters to hear my music very soon.”
Writing his own story
For Lee, PBB was never meant to be the final destination. It was simply the introduction.
“I hope people discover that there’s so much more to me than just being a housemate from PBB. I’m more than that. I’m more than just the energizer of the group.”
Beyond the moments viewers saw inside the house is someone with real direction. An actor ready to take on bigger roles. A musician eager to share his voice. A young artist beginning to understand where his strengths lie and how he wants to grow.
What keeps him grounded is remembering the journey that brought him here and the advice from those who came before him in the industry. Staying grateful. Staying humble. Continuing to work hard.
For Lee Victor, the goal is to build something lasting. And with the way he speaks about his craft, especially his music, it is clear that this is only the beginning.
