Situated far above the golfing greens of Crans-Montana, the region is a popular destination for skiers and hikers, offering sensational views all year round. Guests were transported via cable car to the evening’s celebration, which marked OMEGA’s 24th year as the title sponsor of the OMEGA Masters.
Originally called the Swiss Open when it was first played in 1923, the high-altitude competition has remained at the same venue since 1939, making it the oldest golf tournament in Europe to be played on the same course every year. OMEGA claimed the naming rights in 2001.
