VMAN Southeast Asia is More Than Just a Magazine
Welcome to the world of the modern Southeast Asian man
This is our time
“As a region, we are actively shaping and defining global culture. VMAN Southeast Asia is reframing the role of the Southeast Asian man as a global force in popular culture and fashion,” says Patrick Ty, VMAN Southeast Asia’s Chief of Editorial Content, during his speech at the launch of the magazine in Singapore. “Finally, we have a magazine for all of us, created by us.”
In front of a stellar audience comprising Southeast Asia’s stylish men, creative forces, and industry leaders, Patrick reiterated that VMAN Southeast Asia is more than just a magazine—that it is a statement, a platform, and a resounding voice for the Southeast Asian man. “For too long, the global narrative of Asian masculinity and style has been filtered through an outside perspective. VMAN Southeast Asia is changing that. We are not just part of the conversation; we are leading it.”
With the debut of the inaugural Killer Fashion Issue, VMAN Southeast Asia demonstrates this mission to showcase the region as a powerhouse of creativity and culture. Through cutting-edge editorials and meaningful stories that marry tradition with modernity, VMAN Southeast Asia presents the Southeast Asian man as complex, multifaceted, and unapologetically contemporary.
VMAN Southeast Asia’s launch in Singapore is just the beginning; looking ahead, the pioneering title will continue to harness heritage running deep in our veins, proudly reinterpreting it in the present to collectively shape the future of Southeast Asian masculinity, fashion, culture, and style.
