PMFTC, the Philippine affiliate of Philip Morris International, has officially launched the IQOS ILUMA i, the latest addition to its growing line of smoke-free products. The device offers adult smokers a modern alternative designed to deliver tobacco enjoyment without smoke, fire, or ash.
IQOS ILUMA i uses induction-heating technology to warm tobacco from within, providing a consistent taste experience while eliminating tobacco residue and the need for cleaning. The device builds on the success of previous models and introduces new features that give users more control over their experience.
The holder includes a touch screen display to monitor session duration. Pause Mode allows users to pause and resume their sessions, while FlexPuff and FlexBattery features adapt to individual usage.

A future for smokers
IQOS aims to accelerate the end of smoking in the Philippines. PMI has set a global goal for two-thirds of its net revenue to come from smoke-free products by 2030.
The launch was held during the 2025 Smoke-Free Summit, where business partners, media, and IQOS users gathered to celebrate the brand’s progress toward a smoke-free future. Accessories for the device also incorporate recycled materials, reflecting a growing focus on sustainability.
