CELINE is expanding its luxury grooming presence by expanding the Le Rouge CELINE collection. Following the debut of its satin lipstick, the Maison introduces skincare-infused color with eight matte-finish lip balms, set to launch in April 2026.
CELINE Beauté, under Hedi Slimane, began its cosmetic evolution during the March 2024 “La Collection de l’Arc de Triomphe” show. The line extends the rituals of daily beauty while reinforcing the established codes of CELINE Haute Parfumerie.
The universal essential
At the center of the launch is Incolore, a universal and invisible lip balm. The clear formula enhances the lips’ natural appearance without pigment, delivering high-performance care in a versatile finish suited to any grooming routine.
The Incolore stick features a wide, beveled edge for effortless application. Whether used as a hydrating base or a standalone treatment, the refillable design represents the Maison’s approach to functional luxury, conceived as a permanent fixture with easily replaceable refills.
The clean formula
The formula is composed of 94% natural-origin ingredients, developed by LVMH Research Laboratories. It combines squalane, sunflower, rice, and beeswax to create an enveloping texture that leaves a soft matte finish close to the lips’ natural feel.
Black rose oil extract and hyaluronic acid spheres enhance hydration, delivering immediate comfort and lasting moisture. A fresh rose scent with a subtle powdery note connects the experience to the Haute Parfumerie collection.
Heritage and modernity
The lip balms are conceived as “precious objects,” designed to be refillable and enduring. Each case is finished in silvered metal with faceted lines that echo the architectural silhouette of CELINE’s lipstick.
The design draws from late 18th-century French classicism, balanced with the clean geometry of Art Deco. The case is detailed with the Maison’s embossed Triomphe emblem and “Le Rouge CELINE Paris” engraved along the central ring. It is presented in a white grain de poudre box with Grand Siècle molding, accompanied by a black velvet pouch bearing the Triomphe seal.
