Ia sering terasa mengelirukan. Seorang lelaki mungkin masih mencintai pasangannya, masih tertarik kepada mereka, masih menikmati hubungan rapat. Tetapi di suatu tempat antara tarikh akhir kerja, lewat malam, dan rutin harian, seks mula terasa seperti dijadualkan.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ramai orang menganggap inilah yang berlaku dengan peredaran masa. Tidak cukup tidur<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apabila anda sentiasa letih, semuanya terasa lebih sukar, termasuk keintiman. Tidur mempengaruhi hormon yang membantu mengawal keinginan seksual. Hidup dalam mod tekanan berterusan<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tekanan daripada kerja, wang, tekanan keluarga atau kehidupan moden boleh mempengaruhi keinginan seks secara langsung. Apabila badan berasa tertekan, ia memberi tumpuan kepada penyelesaian masalah dan kekal berjaga-jaga. Minum lebih banyak daripada yang anda fikirkan<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minuman boleh membantu orang ramai berehat. Tetapi minum banyak secara berkala boleh mengurangkan prestasi, tenaga dan tindak balas seksual secara keseluruhan.
